Op verzoek kunnen wij op maat gemaakte modellen vervaardigen. De maximale verplaatste belasting bedraagt meer dan 700 kg per lade bij montage op de rand (aan elke kant van de lade). Bij een vlakke montage kunnen sommige lengtes tot 300kg. weerstaan.<\/p>\n<p>Industri\u00eblen in de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chambrelan.nl\/app\/rail-industrie\/\">spoorweg<\/a>-, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chambrelan.nl\/app\/voertuiginrichtingen\/\">automobiel- en transportsector<\/a> in het algemeen worden geconfronteerd met ecologische vraagstukken, massale vermindering en optimalisering van de belasting.<\/p>\n<p>De E1906 voldoet aan deze criteria. Het is een evolutie van de<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chambrelan.nl\/E1902\"> E1902 high performance slide<\/a>. Het is uitgerust met versterkingskogels die de verbrijzelings- en torsiemomenten opnemen. Het geheim zit hem in het ontwerp en de techniek van het tussenelement. Het is lichter en zijn sterkte wordt verhoogd door carbonitreren, een proces dat het koolstofgehalte van het staal verhoogt. Zo weegt een E1902 glijbaan van 1 meter bijna 16 kg, vergeleken met minder dan 13 kg voor de E1906!<\/p>\n<p>Zo biedt de E1906-glijbaan niet alleen een onge\u00ebvenaarde verhouding tussen gewicht en belastingsweerstand, maar ook alle voordelen van een lange levensduur in trillende en vervuilde omgevingen, dankzij de hoogwaardige anticorrosie- en oppervlaktehardingsbehandelingen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot slot synchroniseren magnetische apparaten de opening. Een sequenti\u00eble opening van de elementen laat toe om de verdeling van de krachten te optimaliseren.
