E53RS-BS53RS
The E53RS linear rail is a guiding solution designed to improve mounting tolerance and ensure reliable operation of mechanical assemblies subject to alignment constraints. It consists of an E53RS slave rail and stainless steel BS53RS roller runners, which must always be used together with the main E53 rail.
Combining the E53 and E53RS rails absorbs larger alignment deviations while guaranteeing reliable, long-lasting guiding. This configuration helps reduce mechanical stress on the whole system and secures its operation over time.

The E53RS rail is intended solely for edge mounting in combination with the E53 linear rail.
This linear rail is designed for medium loads in applications requiring a very compact footprint, such as small covers or housings for protection on machinery.
It is suitable for the rail industry and can be used in the design of gap fillers (telescopic footsteps)
The load is the maximum force that can be supported per runner. This type of product does not tolerate well loads that subject it to torque. As far as possible, the load should therefore be centred, or a second runner used to cancel out this torque.

The maximum speed for linear rails is 0.5 m/s.

E53RS rail:
The rail is made from high-quality drawn steel, selected for its mechanical strength and durability. After drawing, it receives an anti-corrosion treatment, guaranteeing effective long-term protection against oxidation and wear.
Rails are available in standard lengths of up to 2000 mm, with strict dimensional tolerances to ensure smooth operation with the main E53 rail.
BS53RS roller runners:
The runners and rollers are made of stainless steel, providing quiet and stable rolling.
Assembly and quality control:
Every E53RS / E53 system undergoes rigorous quality control, checking dimensional compliance, rail straightness and runner precision. This step ensures that the whole system offers maximum tolerance to alignment defects, facilitates integration and guarantees reliable operation over time.
The result is a robust, quiet and high-performing linear guiding system, capable of meeting the strictest requirements in terms of industrialisation and production.

The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for optimal service life.
In the case of special conditions (abrasiveness, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nonetheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
