The ST53RS-BP53RS guiding system combines a stainless steel ST53RS slave rail with BP53RS roller runners, to provide reliable, quiet and durable guiding in demanding, corrosive environments.
The ST53RS rail, available up to 2000 mm as standard, is designed to work alongside the ST53 rail. Its role as a slave rail significantly increases the overall tolerance of the assembly, by absorbing alignment, parallelism or flatness defects.
This design makes it easier to integrate the system into complex or less permissive mechanical structures.
The BP53RS runners contain plastic rollers. They ensure smooth, quiet operation while allowing higher operating speeds.

Combined with the ST53 rail, it provides greater mounting tolerances (alignment deviations, parallelism/flatness defects) and simplifies integration into constrained mechanical structures.

This linear rail is designed for medium loads in applications requiring a very compact footprint, such as small covers or housings for protection on machinery.
The load is the maximum force that can be supported per runner. This type of product does not tolerate well loads that subject it to torque. As far as possible, the load should therefore be centred, or a second runner used to cancel out this torque.

The maximum speed for linear rails is 0.5 m/s.

Обслуживание
The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for optimal service life.
In the case of special conditions (abrasiveness, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nonetheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
