ST53RS-BS53RS

The ST53RS-BS53RS system combines a stainless steel ST53RS slave rail with BS53RS roller runners, to meet the requirements of industrial applications subject to high mechanical and environmental stress.
Used alongside the ST53 rail, the ST53RS rail effectively absorbs alignment deviations and geometry defects.
This configuration provides greater mounting freedom, secures guiding operation and simplifies integration, particularly in corrosive or humid environments.
The BS53RS runners contain stainless steel rollers. Their design allows high travel speeds while guaranteeing excellent long-term performance, even under difficult operating conditions.

This linear rail is designed for medium loads in applications requiring a very compact footprint, such as small covers or housings for protection on machinery. It is often used in the pharmaceutical sector.
The load is the maximum force that can be supported per runner. This type of product does not tolerate well loads that subject it to torque. As far as possible, the load should therefore be centred, or a second runner used to cancel out this torque.

The maximum speed for linear rails is 0.5 m/s.

Recommended operating temperatures from -20°C to 80°C.

It is available up to 3000 mm as standard and benefits from tightly controlled dimensional tolerances, essential to its role as a slave rail. This design absorbs alignment and mounting defects while maintaining smooth, reliable operation over time.

The BS53RS and BP53RS roller runners are assembled with robust mechanical components, specifically chosen for their resistance to wear and corrosion. The rollers ensure controlled contact with the rail, limit friction and contribute to quiet operation, even at high operating speeds.
The BS53RS runner’s bearings are made of stainless steel, while the BP53RS runner’s are made of plastic.

The entire system undergoes quality control at every manufacturing stage, guaranteeing repeatable performance and reliable guiding under severe industrial conditions. This manufacturing standard allows ST53RS systems to durably meet the demands of applications exposed to humidity, corrosive agents and repeated mechanical stress.

Обслуживание

The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for optimal service life.
In the case of special conditions (abrasiveness, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nonetheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
