Drawer slides, also known as telescopic slides, are often used in emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire trucks to facilitate quick access to equipment stored in drawers or compartments. These slides allow emergency professionals to quickly reach medical equipment or rescue tools stored in drawers, which can be crucial in an emergency where every second counts.
The telescopic slides are made from durable materials such as stainless steel and are designed to withstand heavy loads while providing smooth and easy drawer extension. They can be fitted with automatic locking systems that prevent the drawers from accidentally opening or closing during transport.
For more information, see our applications pages: vehicle fitting, medical sector.
Our Profilscope team will be at stand 804 in Hall 8, will take advantage of this exhibition to meet with manufacturers of specialised vehicles and emergency equipment to present our new telescopic slides and sliding rails.
