Chambrelan, an international presence
Established on every continent, Chambrelan has been developing its export business for over forty years.
The first subsidiary was opened in Germany in 1989, followed by the Benelux countries, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Exports have grown steadily since then, from 20% to over 70% of sales.
In 2014, Chambrelan opened its 6ᵉ subsidiary in Canada, which became the North American Distribution Centre.
The company now relies on a network of 8 subsidiaries and over 50 distributors in Europe, Africa, Asia and America.
Chambrelan, innovation at the heart of its priorities
Research and development are part of Chambrelan’s DNA, and the company invests in innovation every year. The slides and their rolling systems are developed in-house in its design office. Every year, Chambrelan invests in new machinery, equipment and tools.
In 2018, these investments represented almost €1 million in research and innovation.
In 2019, Chambrelan is innovating and launching a new type of synchronised opening slide. Synchronisation consists of a sequential opening system. This innovation reduces opening forces and lowers the rolling coefficient. This technical innovation is incorporated into all the equipment in the range.
