Made from drawn steel, the E18 rail benefits from a hardening treatment and a black-finish anti-corrosion protection, ensuring extended service life and intensive use even in demanding industrial environments.
The E18 rail is designed to accept BA18R steel runners with case-hardened rollers and anti-corrosion treatment. This technology ensures quiet sliding, high operating speeds and optimal long-term performance.
As standard, the rail is supplied undrilled.
Обслуживание
The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for an optimal service life.
In case of special conditions (abrasive environment, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nevertheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
