The STV18-BSV18R3 guiding system combines an STV18 rail with a BSV18R3 roller runner to provide a compact, reliable and durable guiding solution for demanding industrial environments.
Made entirely of 304L stainless steel, it is particularly well suited to humid, corrosive environments or those subject to frequent washdowns.

– significantly lightened, meeting decarbonisation challenges
– several runner lengths available (BSV18R3 | BSV18R5)
– flat mounting possible with a maximum load of 100 kg per runner

Manufacturing

The STV18 rail, of prismatic shape, is made of cold-drawn 304L stainless steel and available up to 2000 mm in standard length.
Its specific geometry limits particle retention and facilitates the evacuation of impurities, contributing to reliable operation in fouling environments.

The BSV18R3 runner, fitted with 3 stainless steel rollers mounted on a stainless steel plate, ensures quiet, smooth guiding.

As standard, rails are supplied undrilled.

Maintenance

The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for optimal service life.
In the case of special conditions (abrasiveness, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nonetheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
