The ER28 guiding rail combines robustness, compactness and durability for demanding industrial environments.
Made of drawn steel, with hardening treatment and anti-corrosion protection, it allows intensive use and repeated cycles.
Its length is adjustable up to 2000 mm.
It integrates with the B28R4W 4-roller case-hardened runner with wipers, offering quiet, precise guiding while preventing the entry of dust and contaminants.

Option: Wipers – integrated at the ends to protect the rollers.

The roller runners provide quiet guiding and allow higher operating speeds.

Maintenance

The rails are factory-lubricated with a high-pressure bearing grease for optimal service life.
In the case of special conditions (abrasiveness, high cycle rates), regular and systematic maintenance should nonetheless be planned.
The runners must be greased regularly.
